Sadhya – Is a traditional Indian vegetarian banquet feast originating in Kerala, India. It’s not just a meal, but it’s an entire event, an experience of vegetarian food, natural ingredients and combinations of Ayurvedic medicinal values. There’s so much tradition involved, from the way you mix and match your different dishes, to the way you order your different dishes, and mix the sweets and salty dishes.
I can say without a doubt, this was the best vegetarian food I’ve ever had in my life. It was a meal experience.
Mothers Veg Plaza – Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. Price – 200 INR ($2.78) per person, all you can eat. But usually by the first round of all the dishes, everyone is pretty full. I had a few more helpings of rice and curry to end this spectacular Indian food vegetarian feast.
