POTATO TACOS:
Ingredients:
Russet Potatoes
Garlic Powder
Paprika
Salt & Pepper
Toppings:
Carrots
Lettuce
Cucumber
Tzatziki sauce (We used Trader Joe’s)
Lemon
Tortillas

Instructions:
Boil your potatoes until fork tender, drain and add your seasonings.
Air Fry on 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until crispy.
Add toppings to your tortilla and enjoy!
