What I Eat In A Day For Maximum Weight Loss



This What I eat in a day for maximum weight loss video will reveal the meals I have been eating to lose those last few pounds. These meals are high carb low fat and follow the principles of the starch solution. I will show you 3 meals and a snack. A full day of what I eat in a day.
Meal # 1
Oatmeal cooked with veggies
Ingredients:
1 cup oats
2 cups water
1/2 cup shredded zucchini
1/2 cup riced cauliflower
1 tsp ground flax seed
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
Bring water to a boil and add the rest of the ingredients stir and bring back to a bowl then turn heat down and simmer for about 10 minutes. Top with fruit of your choice.
Meal #2
Southwest hummus quesadilla
Ingredients:
corn tortillas
1 1/2 cup frozen southwest veggie blend
1/4 cup riced cauliflower
1/2 tsp each garlic powder and onion powder
2 T plant based cheese sauce
1/4 cup roasted red pepper hummus**
Instructions:
add frozen veggies to a bowl and microwave for 2-3 minutes.
Add the rest of the ingredients, except tortillas mix well.
lay 2 tortillas on a flat surface. on one of the tortillas add 2 T of mixture and spread it out evenly then top with the other tortilla, then fry in a dry pan until lightly brown on each side medium heat. Serve with Salsa

Snack
Fruit with granola
Ingredients for the granola:
3 cups oats
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients into a bowl and mix well.
spread onto a lined baking sheet in an even layer. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 10 minutes. Then take out stir and make an even layer again and bake for another 10 minutes. Then remove from oven give it one last stir and let cool completely then store in any airtight jar.
Add blueberries, chopped apple and sliced banana to a bowl and sprinkle granola over the top.
Meal #3
Stir fry veggies with rice
Ingredients
4 cups frozen stir fry veggie mix
garlic powder, onion powder, ground ginger
2 T coconut aminos
Instructions:
Add veggies to a preheated pan over medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes then add seasonings to taste and coconut aminos, stir well cover and cook for another 5-6 minutes. Serve with brown/white rice. making a 50/50 plate
How to make the rice
To a rice cooker add 1 1/2 cups brown rice 1/2 cup white rice and 3 cups water. start rice cooker and let it do all the work. I only use a rice cooker or instant pot so not sure how to do it any other way.
