Today’s pantry dinner:
-1 box of noodles
-3 cups lentils (pre cooked)
-1/2 can petite tomatoes
-2 jalapeños
-1/2 onion chopped
-3 tbl tomato paste
-2 tsp veggie broth
*add all of your ingredients except your pasta to a boil with about 3 cups of water. Once it comes to a boil bring to a simmer for 15 minutes. Bring the heat back to a boil and add in pasta and cook for another 7-8 minutes
