🥑 INGREDIENTS:
– 1 cup milk
– ½ cup apple juice
– 2 tablespoons walnuts
– 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
– 2 frozen bananas
– 1 small carrot*
– ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
– ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
– ½ teaspoon stevia
– 1-2 cups ice cubes*

STEP:
Place all ingredients in the carafe of a blender. Blend on high until very, very smooth. Split into two glasses and serve immediately.
