The coconut milk will help in digestion and improve bowels. Th callaloo and susumba increase your iron intake , and this soup is full of vitamins!! Feel free to add more different greens. Weve used bok chow, callaloo, susumba, onions, pumpkin, cho cho, yam , dumpling, breadfruit, carrots ! Experiement and add others like beetroot, green peas, spinach, lettuce, cabbage.
