
How I Lost 30lbs Postpartum! + Raw Vegan Cleanse

GREEN JUICE RECIPE
4 apples
1 piece of ginger root
5 carrots
1 bundle of kale

POST WORKOUT VEGAN PROTEIN SHAKE
Grind about 25 raw almonds in a blender until powdery consistency
Add 1 whole banana, 2 cups of almond milk and 1 scoop of a protein powder of your choice
Liquefy in blender for 30 seconds and enjoy!
ARUGULA SALAD
Start with a bed of arugula leaves
Add 1/4 cup of sliced raw onion, 6 halfed cherry tomatoes and a handful of sunflower seeds
Season to taste and top with 2 tablespoons of your favorite dressing!
ZUCCHINI NOODLES W/ TOMATO SAUCE
In a blender blend 1/2 cup of raw onion and tomato
Squeeze the juice from half a lemon (watch out for seeds)
Add 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
Blend until liquidy but still fairly chunky
Pour mixture on top of a bed of raw zucchini spirals and top with 4-6 capers
