The scores reveal what happened when 244 stopped eating meat and dairy and began eating an exclusively plant-based diet that is low in fat. While we have known for decades that eating more fruits and vegetables is healthy, this study shows precisely how big of an impact it can have.
The study also reveals the number one predictor for weight loss, and it’s not going to the gym! There is one type of food that prevented people from shedding unwanted pounds more than any other.
