But these 5 tips are sure to help stay on track with your vegan, plant based diet and still reach your health and weight loss goals.

RECIPE FOR CHOCOLATE CIP BANAN BREAD:
1 1/2 cups pf whole wheat flour
1/2 cup of brown sugar
pinch of salt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp vanilla
Mix wet and dry ingredients and mix well. Add nuts and vegan chocolate chips and mix again. Put in a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Enjoy!
